A bespoke fusion of Food, Art and Wellbeing in a live-work practice that specializes in ayurveda, yoga and creativity to manage stress and achieve joyful living.

 

The core principle of ayurveda, is the prevention of dis-ease, while the purpose of yoga is to overcome problems yet to come.  There will always be problems, so how can they be overcome?  It is not the problems of life that cause us stress and dis-ease, but the way we think and react to stressors.  So how do we overcome problems, Albert Einstein suggests: “The significant problems we have cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.”
